Plus you’ll get to laugh, meet people, attend workshops given by the best taiko performers in Japan and North America, and even perform yourself for an audience more than you probably ever wanted to. I had the time of my life traveling with Eileen Sensei in Japan this past summer, which was like visiting a magical wonderland. I got to bond with my fellow taiko players while sightseeing for 25 days, take classes from the best instructors, meet the friendliest people, eat lots of delicious food, go to awesome parties, and even perform with some of the people we met at gorgeous venues. Our hosts were so gracious and generous and I am very grateful to have had this opportunity!
